The apartment
The apartment features a bright living room with open, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) and a dressing room. The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom, open to it and accessible exclusively from the bedroom.

A pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a dining area and garden.

The accommodation is recent, so you won't have any nasty surprises

⚠️ Please note: to access the shower room (with WC), it is necessary to pass through the bedroom. The shower room opens onto the bedroom.

The room is large, so there's plenty of room for an umbrella bed (provided on request)

No guests or pets are allowed, even those just passing through.
Only the people indicated in the booking are allowed access to the accommodation.

Bed linen for the sofa bed is not provided for bookings of less than 3 people. If you require linen, please request it at the time of booking.
A supplement of €10 will be charged.

No smoking or vaping in the house.

Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition, and wash and put away used dishes.
